Hi BLaQk!

Let's work through this together step by step:

  1. estart Your Phone: Start by giving your Galaxy A52s a quick restart. Sometimes, this can help refresh the connection and improve the signal.

  2. Check SIM Card: Ensure both SIM cards are properly inserted and seated in their respective slots. A loose connection can affect the signal strength.

  3. Network Settings: Verify your network settings to make sure they're set up correctly. Here's how:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Scroll down and tap on Connections.
    • Tap on Mobile networks.
    • Confirm that both SIMs are enabled and set to the preferred network mode (like 4G/LTE).
  4. Software Updates: Ensure you're running the latest software update on your phone. Sometimes, updates include fixes that can improve signal stability.

  5. Network Updates: Check if there are any network updates available from your service provider. These updates might address signal-related issues.

  6. Service Provider: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to your service provider. They can check for any network disruptions in your area or provide specific troubleshooting steps.

Feel free to keep me updated on your progress or if you have any other questions! I'm here to help. 💬📶

Been tried those but still same result, i have other phone and the signal is excellent so this is not the service provider/network disruption fault

Thanks for the update, BLaQk.

If you've already checked your mobile network antennas through the Samsung Members diagnostics tool (found in the Support Tab) and still found no issues, I suggest bringing it a Samsung Service Center near you.

You may book an appointment through the Support Tab of your Samsung Members app and skip the line!
