Good day, I suggest that you backup your phone using Kies or Samsung Switch on your computer and after successful backup kindly do a factory reset restore your files and apps using Kies or Switch. If the wifi problem persists then it is most probably a hardware problem. I suggest you bring it to your nearest Samsung Care center. Have a good one.

Going back to your concern, have you tried to reset your settings? If not, you may try it first.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Settings > Reset
