When is the new system coming to Australia and will it be available to all galaxy users

There's no formal roadmap from Samsung about the release of One UI 7.

According to the Beta program manager in Korea, there will be 1 more beta version released to those in the beta program hopefully next week.

So I wouldn't expect it until at least the end of February for the S24 series.

You can't.
Samsung only runs the beta program in 7 or 8 countries.

Besides there's no point installing the beta now.

No one knows, maybe if Samsung hadn't made the 25 series so similar to last year's phones they wouldn't be holding off on the only real differences between them.. their latest software. Tipping march earliest
