Hello, my 15 year old daughter passed away 4 months ago and I am trying to access data off her Samsung Galaxy A54 phone - I would love to have her photos.  I do not know her passcode to access her phone and not sure how to access her phone without it.Hoping there is a solution, particularly in these circumstances.  Thank you for any help or advice.

Sorry for your loss.
As a phone enthusiast, my first piece of advice would be not to try to unlock it at a phone repair shop because there is a risk that all the data on the phone may be erased. Instead, get some legal advice and ask them what you need to do. I think you need to do some paperwork because you have to prove you are the parents of the phone owner in order to get the phone unlocked legally and safely.

Thank you for your reply.  I can easily prove my relationship with birth and her death certificates :((  I have been on multiple Samsung live chats yesterday with no-one offering any solution other than factory reset.  It is astounding to me under these circumstances that Samsung is unable to provide access to my daughter's data.

If you haveaccess to her amail accounr you click on lost password. Then you can use that to go further but if you have her phone you might charge it and have it on and next to you. Often two factor number shows up on the screen when not open but keep pen anc paper and when two factor number write it down quickly. Often two factor numbers are valid only for, say, 15 minutes so you have to act quickly.

Thank you, though it is on flight mode so none of the messages appear on the screen :(
