RANDOM APP LOSES CONNECTION

My a71 shows no internet connection for only 1 app. I've tried everything to fix it and it still isn't working

Sorry to hear that, @Charlotte25719. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to see if this helps the issue: 

- Restart your A71. 

- Turn the router off for 1 minute before turning it back on.

- Reset network settings. To do this, go into Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS. Please note that this will reset all network connections.

- Try and connect your device to your Wi-Fi.
