what is the model of your device. if your device has a knox security feature you dont need to worry. and putting the files on the secure folder is more secure. one thing you cannot trust about is chinese OEM's smartphones like Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Honor, Tecno. etc... they are from china and you should avoid using those smartphone if you prefered privacy and security for an android device and samsung got your back.
