Galaxy AHi @ej19, based on what you’re describing, I would recommend doing an interactive check from the Samsung Members app to see if it can identify the issue.
To do an interactive check, you will need to:
Open Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Touch screen
This check will tell you if there are any internal issues or deviations with your device. If so, the best course of action would be to send it in to your nearest service centre for assessment.
