Galaxy AYou don't need 120Hz for screen recording, the files would be too big to share, less FPS means smaller files, also, synchronization to the compositor; this issue is more attributed to Androids Linux heritage more than anything. A screen recorder and your phones screen are two separate entities to android, it's like pushing double the pixels as far as Android is concerned.

Galaxy AHello Niccco,
I'm sorry to hear that your 120Hz display recorded on your Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G appears to have resulted in lower frame rates.
We understand what you were feeling when you saw the recorded file on your device's storage, but the outcome was far from what you expected.
Don't you worry, we are here to help, provide quick fixes, and offer solutions to your device problems.
Both, we will figure out what's behind the issue/s and other possible reasons and come up with the solutions by following below steps.
A) First, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.
Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen notifications.
B) Restarting your device.
Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to reset your device.
C) Try again using Screen Recorder.
Step 1. Open the Quick settings panel by swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers. Then, tap Screen recorder.
Note: If the Screen recorder icon is not there, you can add it to the Quick settings panel.
Step 2. Choose your desired option, such as No sound, Media sounds, or Media sounds and mic, and then tap Start recording.
Step 3. Once the countdown finishes, your phone will start recording whatever’s on the screen.
Step 4. On devices that support it, you can add yourself to the video using the front-facing camera. Just tap the Front camera icon – it looks like a person icon. A small window will appear in the upper left corner and will record everything you do.
Step 5. For extra fun, you can also write on the screen while it’s recording. Tap the Pencil icon, select your desired color, and then use your finger or S Pen to write on the screen. However, you cannot interact with games, videos, or navigational options while you’re writing on the screen.
Step 6. Tap the Pencil icon again to stop drawing. Once you turn off the Pencil feature, the screen will go back to normal and you can continue recording regularly.
Step 7. When you’re done recording, tap the Stop icon. The video will be saved in Gallery. However, some screen recordings can only be accessed by opening the My Files app, tapping Internal storage, and then tapping the DCIM folder.
Step 8. Then, check and open your saved video file.
Step 9. Swipe up on the settings page to see the available options listed under Screen recorder:
-
Sound: Select what sounds the video will record. You can choose between No sound, Media sounds, or Media sounds and mic.
-
Video quality: Choose your desired quality for videos. The available options are 1080p, 720p, and 480p.
-
Selfie video size: Adjust the size of the popup window when you’re recording yourself using the front camera on devices that support the front camera when recording the screen.
-
Show taps and touches: Small dots will appear whenever you touch or tap the screen while recording.

D) Remove unnecessary apps to have additional storage space and close all apps running in the background while playing games.
E) Running the Diagnostic Tools under Samsung Members app.
Step 1. Run Samsung Members and select Get help on the lower half of the screen.
Step 2. Tap View Tests located under Diagnostics.
Step 3. Diagnostics checks, Individually Tap the following;
"Touch screen"
Step 4. Your Samsung Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.
Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.
Step 6. You can view your results after each check is complete.
