Hello sjejjeje!
If you do multitasking on your phone or do online streaming or gaming, maxxing out the RAM Plus will eventually help your phone perform better. However, if you are just a light user (calls, text, browse) the default setting would be enough to go through the day.

Oh cool! But does it gradually affects the battery or no?

It depends on the actual load in your phone, like if you have multiple apps running in the background. The more apps running in the background eventually it will consume more power from the processor to maintain the apps in the background. The more performance hungry your phone becomes, the faster it drains your battery.
