Stuck Charging / Charging Issues Samsung A52s 5G

I have to address this issue to samsung technical or software group that Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G is experiencing charging issues with their latest software update. Some users (NOT ALL) but some including myself experiencing stuck charging sometimes using the 25w charger or using super fast charging capabilities based on my own experience and some other users with the same model, I've been active to a52s group on social media and they experience the same charging issues. Furthermore, it takes time to charge using 25w charger or it is slower than before. Hope this issue will be fix by the next update.
Using 15w stock charger or the fast charging not super fast charging is just okay i haven't experienced stucking up the battery level.

Step 1. Go to 'Device care' in 'Settings' and click on 'Battery'.
Step 2. 'See more' to go to settings.
Step 3. Under 'Charging' category located at the bottom, check your smartphone's supported charging features.

 ‘Fast cable charging’ and ‘fast wireless charging’ should be needed a charger, cable, and accessories that support the function.

 

If the problem persists, do not hesitate to bring your device to the Samsung Authorized Service Center near you.

Hello marksur. They just said that this problem will be raised to their software engineers hoping that it will be solve by next updates.
