My Samsung A72 has a problem right now. Im in a Tropical Country (Philippines) and now it doesn't charge because the temperature is "too low", -3.5 C based on AccuBattery. Room temperature is around 28 - 30 C.

Wow, -3.5°C?! Is that even possible?? You can already make ice with that temperature 😂

Try to restart your phone or turn off your phone and charge it or leave your phone for a while and don't use it. You can also decide to have it check at your nearest Samsung Service Center.

Use protect battery to limit charge. But when monitoring temps, use that app. And I think there's a problem with the temperature sensor. I remember one of the phones that I saw, it has a temp. Warning on it. It says too cold . So that could be the issue

We're all in the Philippines in this app. 😄 Suprisingly enough your temperature is too cold for a tropical climate.

Try turning off your device and charge it. If the problem still persist, I suggest visiting a Samsung service center. 😊

As you can see your charger only gives 3.8V , normal charging voltage for newer phone is 4v

This is the first time phone with temp of -3.8°c
