there's a problem with my files

my samsung galaxy A71 has a problem my data in my files cannot be shown also in media i dont know what to do please help me:((

If you recently upgraded to Android 11, I think this the reason. To protect user privacy, on devices that run Android 11 or higher, the system further restricts your app's access to other apps' private directories. I believe you can access them by connecting your device via USB/Type C to a computer or search alternatives online.
