Hey there roj23,

Seems like this popup is from Viber, not your default Phone app.

I have Viber on my device as well, and I know from experience how intrusive Viber's ads can be.

I'm not sure how to completely remove this notification, but you can try going to Viber > Settings > Privacy > Personal data and uncheck the following:

- Collect analytics
- Allow content personalization
- Allow accurate location-based services

You can also head over to Viber's App info (tap and hold the Viber icon on your app tray) > Permissions and revoke its Phone access. This might restrict you from using Viber for calls, but will likely keep the popup from appearing again during a regular call.

Hopefully this works out for you! (And if it does, please tap "Accept as Solution" - helps other Members a lot!)

Oh and another thing:

You can request to delete your personal data from Viber every three days - I suggest doing it as part of your digital wellness routine 💻🩺

Probably caused by Viber. I just reinstalled it and setting might have been changed from previous install

Disable Caller ID on Viber. That ad is not from your phone but from the app you installed. Which is Viber.
