Ive talked to samsung repre thru chat 3days ago..its bout benefits being blank coz am using a note 10 plus 5g korean variant..rep ive talked to said will raise it to samsung then will update me after 24 to 48hrs

This afternoon i msg again coz i didnt rcv any update about my query frok samsung the representative ive talked to again said he will follow up my query...but i guess ill have to wait again...

since its a kr variant, the viable work around to benefits is to use vpn and set location philippines,
even though you are located here the phone still follow thru the settings for korea.
