Galaxy NoteIs it possible for Samsung to give me another phone if my phone was damaged by their latest sofware update?"the phone is no longer under warranty",i do have a video of what happened to my phone

Galaxy NoteI don't think any manufacturer will do this unfortunately.
Try pressing and holding the "power button" and the "volume down" button at the same time, hopefully it should take you to the android recovery screen
Once there, you can wipe the cache.

Galaxy NoteTry installing smart switch in your computer and plugging your note 10 in. It may come up with a new update and just let it do it's thing.

Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.
