Hello! Does anyone experienced the sudden change in charging their phone? From Super Fast Charging to Cable Charging? It only started this January 1st.
I already tried the following:
- Factory Reset
- Bought a new chord at the Samsung store
- Changed the outlet
- Used different samsung fast charger
Unfortunately, nothing works. Is it already a battery issue? Charging pin? The phone is just 2 years old (note 20 ultra)
Observe the environment on where you charge your phone. You may try other original cables or try cleaning your charging port for possible dirt accumulation
Hello! Tried it too na din po, I bought another chord at the Samsung Store and they also tried to use the charger at the store for them to see, however, everything is still the same. Charged it at different area at home, different outlet and even using extension chord, but all are in vain. 😭 I guess, I need to visit the center to have it checked for possible battery or maybe software issue.
