What happened with my camera can't focus an object. Desperately waiting for an update but what Samsung did with one Ui 4 update. This is the worst experience for me. Trying to take some pictures but so-called note 20 ultra can't take any clear picture. My old Galaxy s7 pic is better at this point.#galaxy_note_20_ultra_5g

Interesting, so I assume you tried tapping on the screen to focus?

Also did you try to go into Pro Mode and manually adjust your focus?

If you've tried all of these and it still can't adjust focus - then you definitely have a malfunctioned camera module on your Note 20 Ultra.

I had a similar issue with my Note 9 a while back due to wear and bumps throughout its life which require a new camera module.
