Can't install or update apps

Note 20 ultra won't install or update some apps.

I have tried the suggested fixes sorry of a full restore. 

Any suggestions appreciated

Hi @Gaz0411, you can uninstall apps by the following steps:

Tap and hold the app icon > Uninstall
