Delayed notifications for Note 20 Ultra?

Does anybody else experience delayed to almost no notifications from social media applications, specifically Facebook Messenger? I noticed it before but now it became worse. I barely get any notifications at all!

No delays here. On the latest update. Optimized battery usage too although sync is on.
