Green line on my note 20 ultra

I am a samsung loyal customer ever since. But because of this major green line issue, will consider another brand next time.
Samsung, do something before it's too late.

Same issue here. I read that this started after software update 😞 is the second phone I have this issues samsung note 10+ was great but repair was expensive and it seems that note 20 will be too. REALLY? It appears I need to leave samsung

Thanks for letting us know your experience with your Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra having issues with the AMOLED screen burnt and green line on screen. I feel you and if my device is having similar experience, I will be bothered too.

Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software are updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device.

 

If that doesn't solve the issue, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.

Step 2. Scroll and select Error reports.

Step 3. Choose a category of your concern. Select "Display".

Step 4. Choose the frequency of the issue you are experiencing. Enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot. Then press Send icons to complete the report.

And if the issue remains, you may bring your device to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area. Just got a green line after software update 9/23. Been a loyal samsung user for more than 10 years now but this is the first time this happened after an update. I hope Samsung fixes this....

Is this on all phones or unfortunate phones only? Mine has been on automatic updates and I haven't had any issues.

Any feedback on what Samsung's solution on this greenline.
My first Samsung was Note 2. I never had issues with Note 4, 8, 10.
I was just browsing 3 days ago and a green line appeared on my screen. All my family members are Apple users and they told me to switch. I've been eyeing S23 or Fold to buy a month ago but now having second thoughts with happened on my Note 20 Ultra😔
