My gf's note20u just got sudden greenline now. She updated its software again last week since not updating it last 2022. My friend and my note20u got also greenline 1week after having an update. Now a total of three note20ultras I actually saw having issues after update and still samsung wont admit the fraud they are doing!!!.

best have the unit checked out by authorized samsung service center, you need the technical report they will create and you will start from there

I have done this last year on my note20u. They ended up quoting me a price for screen replacement for the trouble they caused.

What would DTI do on this case? All these three note20ultras were bought overseas. Which samsung didnt cover even the device has warranty.

if overseas then you need to contact samsung country originated, fyi some users got their units from samsubg sg, samsung sg send the part to samsung ph in order to fix the concerned part.

be reminded samsung has no international warranty coverage.

Thats what im saying. They dont have international warranty and the said devices was already out of warranty

you have option have samsung service center provide the necessary fix or thru 3rd party repair its all up to you.
