When you go to Galaxy Themes, filter your search to black. Just be aware that some dark themes are not compatible with dark mode. That's why I stopped using them and just opted for dark wallpapers. I've kept the ones I previously downloaded. Only the flag theme is working in dark mode.

Yes. You can filter Top Free aside from color options.
