Hi guys! Im a Note 10 user. Nagbabrowse lang ako sa phone ko as my usual routine before sleeping, then naisipan ko mag check ng email. Tapos naghang sya kala ko mabagal lang yung net then may nagpop-up na notif na not responding daw kay I clicked close app.. Tapos next pop-up IU system not responding. Again I clicked close app. Tapos boom nagblack screen na sya.

Note: kaka-update ko lang ng bagong OS.

Baka may makatulong jan. Thanks in advance. Naka lock-in work kasi ako so di ako agad makakalabas para ipacheck yung phone ko.

Eto po sya.. yung side bar naaaccess.. pero pag tinatry kong ipower off di sya namamatay talaga kasi may light parin yung side bar.

Try to force restart the device. Hold the power and volume down buttons hanggang magvibrate sya.

Yes po. Ganyan nga po pinagawa sa akin nung online assistant. And it works.
