Note 10 Lite UI 3.1 via OTA please

When will UI 3.1 upgrade for Note 10 Lite be coming for Philippine variant?

 I don't own a computer, i dont have softwares to try other that OTA update.

 Hopefully it will come soon with great enhancements on front cam and donot omitt "Glitter Effect" on edge lighting.

Got Updated via OTA for UI 3.1 :)

Wipe cache partition done after and checked some features i dont want to lose and still there :) like the "Glittet Effect" and now with added feature for Edge Lighting

how did you enter recovery mode to wipe cache partition?

after completion of update
1. turn off your phone
2. plug in usb cable (one end on the phone and the other one on a laptop or a pc)
3. wait for a charging state
4. long press volume up and power/bixby button til recovery mode
5. choose wipe cache partition

》use volume up and down button to select wipe cache partition
use power/bixby button to select
