Manually rotate text or handwriting?

In Samsung Notes app.. 

Can we have option to manually rotate notes like what we have on attached images? 

Rotate option

Or perhaps we can also flip notes like this?

This would be a great feature. 
Honestly so annoying that the moderators (in this case @teamgalaxymark) never acknowledge the issue, but instead say "for further assistance, call us and wait on hold for 45 minutes". This is a feature request.

I'm not waiting for years like the other folks but just recently buy a tablet and after 15 mins of use started missing this basic feature :(
