Hi, igotme! 

You can try turning on and off Airplane Mode first to refresh your connection. 

If that didn't work out, try to disable and enable the phone line or SIM card that you're using in Settings > SIM Card Manager. 

Restarting your device might also fix the issue. 

If the steps above didn't fix the issue and you have an active data plan, switch your SIM card to a different device. If the same issue follows, contact your network provider. The issue might be on their end.

I reset my network settings, (settings-search-reset network) take note that it also disconnect your phone in wifi and you need to connect it again using your wifi password.

My mobile data is on. but no internet. and i dont know where can i see the mobile data arrow if there's open . how can i fix this
