Note 10 plus and still in android 9 Uk

Hi, please I got this Galaxy Note 10plus. I didn't get the new software update. I have tried the smart switch on my laptop but not giving me the update option. 

My device is European device.

 

Please what would I do?

Please can someone help me out?

Did you buy in UK and are now in Australia?

The note 10 was released in 2019, so th updates stopped in 2022. But still, the security patch shouldn't still be in 2019.

Try going to security 》 Google play security update

Try reporting it on samsung members.
