Galaxy Note
Bought it from Malaysia before I brought it to the UK as I stayed there last year. But now I'm back in Malaysia. I was able to join the beta programme for the One UI 2.0 since I was in the UK at that time. But after I came back to Malaysia, I had to factory reset my phone because I needed to install some local apps which were not available in the UK playstore. Hence, I experienced the update problems for the beta version. Luckily, I tried that method, and it finally got fixed.
**I believe it has something to do with the region network since Malaysia never participates in beta programme. So, any sim cards from different country might give you an access for the update if that country has already received the official update from Samsung.

The former is the Beta version, the latter is the current Official release.
**the baseband numbers are different. That's the reason why the Customer Services requested me to send my note to the Service Centre so that they can flash the offical OS to my note 9. The beta version's baseband number are not registered under Malaysia network therefore I didn't receive the official stable update previously.
