Nfc issue on my note 10 plus. The sensor isn't working right after the update. Now I have been asked to send my phone to repair centre. However, there is a physical damage on the screen which happened last year. Now, to rectify the nfc issue, I was asked to get the screen replaced, which would cost $465. I am very much happy with my broken phone as it is. I just want the nfc issue to be resolved, which by the way, is not my fault. There'll also be some assessment fee as well. My phone is still under warranty. I don't understand what's the point of warranty if I had to pay?
I understand damage screen is not covered. But for nfc issue and assessment fee? Why should I pay money? Probably my last samsung phone. Really disappointed

I guess there would be chances that the screen might break while opening the device.

I had the same experience with my Note 10+ battery. Hence, looking forward to what the coming Pixel 6 has to offer 😁

In the email, please detail your:

1. Full Name

2. Phone number

Additionally, I've also looked into our Error Reports and can see that our team has requested that you send another one with log data attached, so they can investigate.
