Guys, my note 20 ultra got a dead pixel but I don't know where it came from. My phone hasn't been dropped on its edge yet. Suggestion please. Thank you!

sadly dead pixel are hardware level.

You need to have it repaired to the nearest service center. A software update will not fix a dead pixel.

Are all the services free not until the warranty expires?

Yes, as long as the damage is covered by the warranty, it should be free.
