It happend to me after the update but i think this is irreversible because. I think due to the uodate the flex of the lcd to motherboard may be damaged due to heating up after the update. Are ypu trying to truin our phones to buy new ones? What a cheap trick!. I regret i bought a new samsung a525g knowing evetually your gonna screw it by another update. Anyways i think its the time to transfer brands!

Tried putting it on safe mode did not work so meaning all note 9 with has the same problem like it is at users fault? Highly unlikely. Try searching here and online they had the same conplaints about note9.
True.. I had the issue for a month now.. some had to replaced their lcd. Read it and found a lot of note 9 owners have had the same issue ever since the update.
