I just want my Note 10+ battery changed while still under warranty but the authorised repairer flashed my phone and asked me to try it again to see if the battery is better. Didn't work. Went back and they said they'll have to reflash my phone and won't change a new battery if they deem the battery is alright! As a daily user of the phone, I would know if my battery is discharging quicker than before. You realise how difficult it is to get banking apps back onto the phone? If it's under warranty, Samsung should just do a straight swap.

Hi, you should have received a reference number when your Note10+ was assessed. If you're not sure about that, you can send us your serial number instead :)

Hi. It wasn't assessed because I didn't want my phone to be reflash again and then they decide they won't replace the battery.

Yes I reckon that your totally right mate, I had an argument with Samsung because my s20fe kept over heating and closing my apps, they didnt wanna do anything. Crap customer service hey
