Yes. It will update to One UI 5.0, just like my A12. It's also the last update for Note20 series.

Nope. Note 20 has 3 years of android OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates. If android 14 will lunch next year within the 3 years period, note 20 will still able to receive that update.

3 years of updates on Note20 series: 2020 - Android 10
2021 - Android 11, 1 year later
2022 - Android 12, another 1 year later
2023 - Android 13, yet another 1 year later

Again, i repeat 3 years of android os updates. Android 13 will be released this nov 2022. So technically, if android 14 will get released on the Q3 of 2023 then note 20 will still get it but of course it is not guaranteed because it will still depend on how fast google can polish it or how fast samsung can adapt to it. I don't get it why its hard for you to understand it.

I think you can only get Android 14 on Note20 via custom ROM.
