Can anyone confirm if this is amoled burn?

Nope. Amoled burn is when you have a sort of "Ghosting Effect" in your screen. Like seeing an image of a keyboard even if it ain't there but in a faded way.

This black spot is consistent with a broken amoled panel. There is no definite way to say if it will grow in size or just stay that way. Depends on how you use your phone.

A sudden drop could be the cause. But this is mostly common with curved screens.

Aside from the cause our fellow member mentioned, another possibility is an accidental bump with a hard object.

It's a dead pixel and something that might spread overtime. I suggest having the screen replaced to avoid further damage.
