But my concer is this - the last update you released for Samsung Note 10 was way back January 1, 2020 as well as the security patch. Do you have any plans releasing a Software update and security patch for Samsung Note 10 soon??? There are so many vulnerabilities and malicious codes released over the past year and it is very surprising that your team has not released a software update until now.
yeah. it being carrier provided adds a layer of testing from the carrier's side. so Samsung might have rolled-out updates already but yours will be dependent on your carrier's roll-out schedule.
