Spen always disconnecting

Kindly help me trouble shoot my spen does not work..it is always disconnecting even if i inserted already the s pen

Baka may metal case ka.
If may metal case ka baka na intercept ng metal case.

Try as well to reset the spen.

Same problem encountered, my spen from samsung tab s6 have been disconnecting since last update of software 😕
