Why is that everytime you do a system update we're having difficulties connecting to internet services afterwards!?

been reading a lot of community posts regarding note 10+ issues lately after the updates. have you tried restarting your phone?

that's really not great to hear. any chance you were able to get some help from the support center? are you having problems for wi-fi or data?

I'm miles away from the service center. Using data.

wi-fi is ok yeah? and you're having data problems for any networks?
