I got note 20 ultra 5g but bought it from TELSTRA on a plan. I am still waiting for Android 12 upgrade on it while some of my friends got it but they bought it outright.

For Android 12 carriers have been quite slow when it comes to testing updates.

Disappointingly, carriers do not give exact dates but hopefully the update will arrive sometime this month 😁

Use Odin and load the firmware yourself, Australia generic is available.

Hi @akshay368, the update hasn't been released for Telstra models yet. The update is currently scheduled for February and can be expected before the end of the month.
