volume buttons is not working

Can anyone help me with my problem, my Bixby and volume buttons are not working. What might be the problem?

I already resette the device but still the same issue.

try going to the Get Help section here in the Samsung Members app and look for Interactive Checks. You should be able to see the Hard Buttons option to see if they are indeed broken.
