Wired bubble on side of screen

Has anyone had this issue, I have a strange bubble on the side of my screen mainly it appears when playing a game. When you click it all it does is dim the screen and its really annoying. I have tried looking under permissions for apps allowed on top and have looked in accessibility too

It's game plugins causing it. To disable it, go to the game plugins app and press the 3 dots on the top right. Then make sure show floating icon is off.
