Adding text to images

The version of Gallery on my new phone doesn't seem to have the same functionality. 

Old phone - S9, Gallery version 11.5.10.2

New phone _ S21, Gallery version 13.1.05.8

I would like to be able to add text, adjust its attributes, and draw on my images. 

Is this possible?

Hi Members_pst7RbU,
When you click on a picture to open it full screen in Gallery, there will be a little pencil icon down the bottom to edit the pic. Click that and once in the edit screen, there are options to adjust/edit including draw/stickers/text as I've highlighted in the pic.
