Anybody have any issues with having this update?

I checked the schedules and it shows this was supposed to be rolled out last January 2021, but I didn't get any update on my phone.

My mom uses an S10+ and she received the update. Have you tried manual scanning? If that doesn't work I believe you can update using Samsung Switch through a PC.

Yeah, manual scanning didn't work, so far it's returning that it's up to date. Last update I got was a patch in November 2020. Thanks, will probably try the switch method.

As for your concern, is your Galaxy S10 carrier locked (postpaid)? If so, try calling your network provider and ask for the details regarding the delay in software updates. Network carriers are the ones who release software updates for their postpaid subscribers, that's why it often takes a longer waiting time for the update to arrive. If you're a prepaid subscriber, then we suggest you install the Samsung Smart Switch via laptop/pc for you to be able to receive updates much faster than OTA updates. Hope to have helped! Keep safe, and have a great week ahead.

Thanks, will try to contact my carrier if that's the case.

Appreciate your help, I tried to go through the Samsung support number, went through LiveChat but weren't much help there as they had "limited resources" to help with my inquiry.
