Common screen problem yan sa S20 and S21 series, lately sa A models upon software updating. Perhaps Samsung did not study the damaging consequence of running an advance OS, hindi kaya ng old chipset. Unless, Samsung wants us to buy new phone 😄.

The only solution for the damaged screen is SCREEN REPLACEMENT, costing around 15K-20K.

Further discussion on this, check my old post bandang mid December 2022 and upward, or many other users' complaints. Search mo nalang.

Just checked out your old posts. This seems going no where with samsung Philippines. Very dissapointing.

Ive had a very high regard to ìts Flagship phones. But now, looking at the threads, its kinda going nowhere.

Hello Pip0Y,

I traded-in my damaged NOTE20-U to another Samsung flagship. Got 16.4k for it. I'm happy with my new S23-Ultra so far. I'm heavy user and demand my phone to work with my need. If you have the budget, get a new flagship. Consider the incident freak. Merong trade-in naman. Watch for the new Samsung offer.

Nagkaissue na ako ganyan din dati. Shinoulder ni samsung ang screen replacement fees.

Tapos heto na naman, 2nd time around. Nagkavertical line ulit tong phone ko. Frustrating talaga

Anong matutunan natin sa nangyari , even with replaced screen? SAMSUNG must advise users not to update the software. Hindi kaya talaga. Damaged ulit. Users will incur stress and expense. I suspect it's the EXYNOS used in Asian released phones. Nag overheat, putok and screen diode(?). Somebody, not Samsung, analyzed this technical problem in YT.
