Hi folks, first time here so I'm not sure I'm doing this right. How do I open PDF attachments on my emails? None of the apps I've tried work. P.S: computer illiterate here tia
When you open an email and scroll down do you see different options when you hover over the pdf image? If so use download option. The download folder can be found whilst in the email app by clicking top right. Find your pdf,right click the document and you will be able to use it with one of the apps you have previously tried.
Also to open other ways, when in the email app click top left, scroll down to Settings and explore the one which asks what to do with attachments. There are various settings which include options like automatically do a full download of an attachment. When you use that a click on the image in the relevant email and the pdf will open, you can then save.
All this may sound confusing, instead open YouTube, search for "(e.g.gmail) downloading pdfs". There are lots of tutorials there.
