I regret to inform you that my S23 Ultra, which I submitted for a trade-up on January 30thhl has still not been processed yet, nor have I received the $970 refund. 
Despite the phone being in impeccable condition, with no discernible flaws, I have not received any updates or communication regarding the status of my trade-up.

Regrettably, this appears to be a recurring issue with Asurion, prompting me to consider filing a report under the Fair Trading Act here in Australia. I would appreciate any additional information or experiences from others who may have encountered similar situations.

Hi. I'm having a similar issue. Call samsung and report issue and ask them to escalate. Also if asurion have withdrawn money from your account. Call your bank and report fraud as they are not operating legally. Look at online reviews/reports
