Galaxy SOrdered S22 Ultra on the 10th. Getting sent abroad for 3 weeks by work on the 18th (told on 11th) - contacted Samsung customer services and was told that the phone delivery would be expedited, would be picked up and delivered to me that day so that I receive before I go. Was happy and shocked.... but it didn't arrive. All that happened was the order went from preparing order to preparing dispatch.... and it's still sitting in preparing dispatch.
Contacted Samsung on the 12th and now they're saying they don't know when it'll be delivered.
Don't know what to do, need phone as soon as possible but feel stuck and kinda let down. Have ordered a TV and washing machine from Samsung previously and was delivered quickly with no fuss.
Anyone have any suggestions? Having looked in these member boards, it looks really common at the moment. Would happily pay for expedited delivery, but that's not even an option...

Galaxy SUnfortunately if you read other posts you will see other justified complaints about delays.
