Beta update for one ui 7

When Australia will have the beta update most of the countries already have it. Then why Samsung Australia is behind?

Only 3 countries, of the 7 or 8 that participate in the beta program have it, so not sure what you mean by most countries have it 🤔

Mate releasing a beta should be done globally like Apple do

Exactly imagine you waited this long but don't get beta

Personally, I can live with it.

Largely because I often see people enter a beta program on their main device, then complain like there's no tomorrow because stuff is broken or doesn't work (banking apps etc).

As a long time customer, this is how Samsung have done things for years.

I had a chance to raise this today with a senior SamsungAU staff member.

They took it on board, but they obviously can't promise anything going forward, as Samsung Korea has the final word.

As much as I'd love to receive the Beta, I understand there will be many that don't understand what it actually is. So there will be many complaints about things not working as they should etc. I know that's the reasons for a beta (to iron out all the bugs) but most will update on their daily driver.
So I see it from both sides.
Having said that, it should be our choice. If it's being rolled out, it should be world wide.

I do agree with that.
At the same time, I can say from experience in Samsung's beta program, it can make a mess of the community.

When Samsung runs their beta programs, a "special" section is opened exclusively for posting bugs etc.
But so many just install it and then post to the main public section. 🤦‍♂️
