Can we please have Wi-Fi 7 turned on please?

Hi Samsung

We know the S23 Ultra has the Qualcomm Fastconnect 7800 with WI-FI 7 support built into the chipset, but for some reason you have chosen not to enable it in firmware/software!

I've had a WiFi 7 based router for several months now and was hoping to see WiFi 7 support soon!

Try using the Support tab, via the Members app.

Samsung was not even competent enough to make the Wifi 6 work reliable with this chip. So I'm not surprised that they are not targeting Wifi 7.

The Qualcomm chipset also offers some satellite 🛰 functionality, but it is also not available. 🙄

All these features are reserved for the new products. Otherwise there won't be enough novelty for buying those.

I haven't had a single issue with Wi-Fi 6. Would love to be using 6E or 7 now. I'm guessing they won't enable it until the AP vendor's also enable the  Wi-Fi 7 feature (multi link across multiple spectrums)

That was all the AP vendor's fault - they either used broadcom or Intel nic. Both had major compatibility issues which you'll notice magically disappeared on newer AP models.
