If you want to cancel your Samsung Care+ plan, you can contact Samsung or email asurion. Call Samsung at 866-371-9501 to cancel a single pay plan within 30 days of enrollment. 😊
Thats American number, which I rang earlier but was advised that they dont have visibility into Australia accounts. I sent an email to support@samsungcareplus.com.au. They just replied me back. This is after 3 days of stress and unnecessary pain. Their customer service is nothing to write home about.
The Samsung Care+ subscription continues for the term that you have applied for. You can terminate your subscription to the program if your Registered Device is subject to a recall and is returned or if you are entitled to reject the Registered Device under the Australian Consumer law.
If you choose to terminate your Samsung Care+ subscription, Samsung may process a refund of the enrolment fee provided that you have not used any of your entitlements.
