Cannot find SIM CARD MANAGER on s10+

Not sure if this has happend due to a recent update from either samsung or android but I am unable to find any kind of dual sim possibility on my samsung S10+ even though it is a dual sim capable phone
phone model:SM-G975F GSM exynos9820 beyond2
Latest update: 1 may 2022 version G975FXXUFHVE1/G975FOXMFHVE1/G975FXXUFHVE1
UI 4.1
android 12
2 imei numbers on back of phone but not in about phone

Hi @Halfa, are you able to to find it under the following?

Settings > Connections > Dual SIM. 

If not, could you share a screenshot of your Connections page?

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
